Laura Lee Joyce, CPT

I’m an idealistic strategic thinker who has created powerful systems in a wide range of professional settings. After a few decades of working in offices, I chose to pivot into health promotion–my own and others–through movement coaching and wellness education.

I joined the Elite Trainer program offered by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), completing their Certified Personal Trainer and Virtual Training Specialist programs before starting an intensive Hard-style Kettlebell Instructor program and mentorship with the amazing Tess Ball at Ashland Strength Studio.

I worked as a trainer at Ashland Strength Studio for two years before taking on ownership of the studio and creating my own practice: A Street Movement Coaching. I’m thrilled to offer a unique environment and experience in my private studio near downtown Ashland.

My approach blends my in-depth studies in Psychology and Human Communication with my passion for optimal Well-being. I am excited to get to work each day, and love seeing the results my clients experience. To promote individual wellness literacy, I offer community seminars on a variety of topics, including lifestyle design and perimenopause.
