My career path has been broad and winding, from actor to paralegal to (almost) stockbroker. After selling high-end home goods, managing toys on Amazon, and updating shelf tags at the Co-op, I wasn’t sure what would be next!

I rediscovered my passion for movement during a post-pandemic Gap Year exploration. It’s fun to bring curiosity and whimsy to fitness, which is often presented in a mechanistic way. Our bodies are amazing and cool! I love what I do & the incredible people who train with me.
